ASPECT: A deep garnet red with a slight purple tint. NOSE: Delectable initial aromas of gingerbread and toast gradually give way to pleasant blackcurrant and blackberry notes underlined by a hint of mocha. PALATE: Black fruit and Burlat cherry flavours combine with mild spice and a touch of vanilla on the subtle and elegant attack. The powerful and round mid-palate reflects the perfect ripeness of the grapes harvested in 2016, while well-integrated tannins sustain a long, silky finish.
