Notes
The nose exhibits zesty citrus characters which then give way to more dominant tropical fruit characters of passionfruit and mango. On the palate, herbaceous, bone dry with crisp acidity, silken texture and a lengthy finish. Classic Marlborough Sauvignon.
Food Pairing
Best enjoyed with seafood dishes paired with fresh ingredients of lime, chilli and coriander.

Aromas of tropical fruits, fresh lemon and grapefruit, fresh herbs and fruits spice. Flavours on the palate of angelica and green olive, thyme and pineapple, apple, grapefruit and peach. Crisp, dry, salivating acidity and plenty of length. Well made and ready to drink upon purchase and through 2022.

The Sauvignon Blanc grapes used in the production of this wine were taken from selected vineyards planted on old riverbed stones mixed with sandy soils in the Wairau Valley. Fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Star bright pale lemon with water white edges. Juicy apple, passionfruit, gooseberry, and herbaceous notes on the nose. The palate is packed with vibrant fruit, citrus, yellow kiwifruit, and gooseberry with high impact acidity. A Sauvignon Blanc drinkers paradise and great value for money.
