There’s an instant appeal with the bouquet of this wine from the core of leesy autolysis to the scents of fresh apple, white peach and white flowers. Flavours on the palate not only reflect the bouquet they are accentuated with a back bone of acidity and a developing complexity as the wine opens up in the glass and on the palate. The lees autolysis will continue to add complexity as the wine continues to develop in bottle. Crisp and dry, a core of fruits and fine leesy autolysis quality. Well made and ready to drink from day of purchase through 2029.
