This is impressively styled; the perfumed bouquet shows black cherry, warm spice, vanilla, thyme and roasted hazelnut aromas, leading to a concentrated palate displaying wonderful generosity and plush texture. Well structured by fine grainy tannins, finishing persistent and sturdy.

Powerful, fruity, varietal, fresh, youthful and enticing with aromas of dark cherry and crushed black raspberry, spiced plums and toasty barrel spices. Firm, tense and dry with chalky tannins and medium+ acidity, toasty with vanilla and clove, a touch of bacon and dry clay earthy qualities. Best drinking from late 2021 through 2026+.
