Notes
A stunning grape growing season for the 2019 Harvest. A dry Spring, followed by a hot and dry Summer with a little bit of rain just before harvest began, resulting in intense flavours and ripeness in the grapes and wines. Fresh rock melon with hints of spicy passionfruit on the nose. The palate is creamy, lush and smooth with soft oak and a lingering subtle caramel finish. An opulent wine full of great finesse. Vegan friendly wine.
Food Pairing
Great with white fish, shucked oysters and grilled new season asparagus.

Offering vibrancy as well as complexity, the wine shows mango, rockmelon, mandarin and lime peel characters with nuances of oatmeal and cashew. The palate delivers excellent weight and roundness, together with lovely fruit intensity backed by refreshing acidity, finishing long and mouth-watering. A lovely expression of oak-influenced sauvignon.
