The seductive hue of ripe grapes, of rich, juicy summer fruit, of the sun's rays peeking through a vineyard, evoking the dancing lights of Venetian masks reflecting the theatrical costumes of Carnival. SIGHT Straw yellow with greenish hints. Rich, fine and persistent perlage. BOUQUET Fresh, floral and fruity with hints of acacia flowers, apricots and green apples. PALATE Fresh and sapid on the palate Pleasantly acidic with notes of citrus and green apples. The creamy foam makes wine feel soft and full on the palate. Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay add structure, sapidity and minerality to the long finish. IDEAL CONSUMPTION Classic Italian spumante, ideal as an aperitif for its freshness and its fragrant aromas.
